    Cancer and Subconscious Reprogramming

    Cancer and Subconscious Reprogramming
    By []Bern Walters

Having an illness like cancer is nothing short of short of terrifying, to say the least. Nevertheless, cancer is not always terminal. If detected early enough there are non-surgical methods to stop it from growing into any danger. Besides chemotherapy and radiation treatments, a more holistic approach proves itself as a great aid when coupled with the other treatments available. One of these is subconscious reprogramming or guided meditation specifically designed for the cancer patient.

Knowing the aspect of healing that every cancer survivor has gone through has helped developed this particular type of treatment aid. The aspects are the treatment preparation, clearing of cancer from the cells and the emotional support for the process of healing. Just surviving a cold is stressful enough both physically and mentally for the average person. Think of the emotional rollercoaster one would go on with any diagnosed form of cancer. The design of subconscious reprogramming for the patient is to get an emotional handle, so to speak, on their condition. This is because the effect of the other treatments additionally depends on the psychological attitude of the patient.

The Desire to Win the Battle

Subconscious reprogramming enables the individual to picture the infected cells and to visualize changing the condition of the cancerous cell by chasing the cancer out. In this aspect, the individual declares war on those cells affecting their health. By doing so, it gives them a powerful look inside their own desire to survive the disease. Their guide takes them to see the control in their hands that will eliminate the cancerous cells from their bodies. At every turn on this guided path, they confront this winning scenario by defeating the internal enemy thus becoming triumphant in the end. This kind of imagery builds confidence for the next step that takes emotional control to navigate.

The second aspect is the preparation to accept the treatment that taxes the body both physically and psychologically. The subconscious reprogramming in this step paints the picture of the body opening up to the treatment like the clouds open up for the sun after a summer’s rain. This sets the subconscious mind up to allow the body to heal using the radiation and the chemotherapy. The imagery implanted into the subconscious mind builds the emotional strength to control any manifestation of weakness.

    Nurturing the Inward Emotional Strength

It takes a strong will and emotional fortitude to combat any illness especially any form of cancer. Therefore, with the right mental attitude and proper care from a physician a cancer patient has a higher survivability than those who let the healing process overwhelm them from the beginning. With the last part in place the individual, through the aid of a guide, will regain the power taken by the anger, sadness and fear that try to chip away at the strength and will to survive. Emotional strength will beat down many enemies including those inside our minds and hearts and the beast called cancer.

What Toxic Chemicals Is Your Body Absorbing-Infographic
By Ashley Steinbrinck on July 16, 2012

I have 2 sweet little boys (Max who’s nearly 3 and Milo who recently turned 1), so it truly disturbs me to learn about the harmful ingredients in popular everyday products and what they are capable of doing!

The Campaign For Safe Cosmetics Report done by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) in 2009, points out that 61% of the 48 bath products they tested were contaminated with toxic ingredients that can lead to cancer and other health problems.

As parents, we just want to give our kids a bath to keep them clean! We have no intention of soaking them in a tub full of harmful chemicals on purpose. Is it crazy to assume the ingredients used in these products are safe?

Well, I guess it is. Because according to the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC),

More than 80,000 chemicals permitted in the United States have never been fully assessed for toxic impacts on human health and the environment. Under the current law, it is almost impossible for the EPA to take regulatory action against dangerous chemicals, even those that are known to cause cancer or other serious health effects.

It’s a known fact that we (adults) absorb 60% of what we put on our skin. Over time, that’s a lot of toxic yuck-and it accumulates!

There’s a difference between putting things on your skin compared to in your mouth. Because at least the enzymes in your saliva and stomach help break down the chemicals and flush them out. But when you put something on your skin, it goes right to your organs through your bloodstream and doesn’t filter the toxins at all.

I also learned from a recent article that when it comes to your armpits and genitalia, the 60% absorbency goes up to 100%. So think twice about what feminine products, deodorants and personal lubricants you’re using!

Here’s an Infographic I created to help you learn about the toxic chemicals your body might be absorbing. It outlines 12 of the worst ingredients you will find in everyday cosmetics and skin care products.

The Physical and Psychological Effects of Chronic Stress and Anger

    Expert Author Krishna Heffernan

The Physical and Psychological Effects of Chronic Stress and Anger
    By []Krishna Heffernan

Anger is a potent human emotion and stress is a natural reaction to difficult and/or overwhelming situations. Chronic stress and anger can cause a myriad of physical and psychological problems such as: depression, hypertension, migraines, tension headaches and an accelerated heart rate. A variety of anger management techniques such as: writing in a diary, exercise, meditation and yoga can ease your stress, reduce your anger and improve the quality of your life.

What Are The Physical Effects of Stress and Anger On The Body?

When you are stressed it can trigger anger, rage, frustration and/or irritability. Prolonged stress and anger can activate the “fight or flight” reaction in your body. When you are stressed your body produces additional amounts of cortisol and adrenaline, stress hormones. Your body then prepares to protect itself from harm by shifting blood flow from your stomach towards your muscles (so that you can flee from danger quickly). During this time your temperature rises, heart rate elevates, blood pressure increases, breathing pattern changes, self-awareness improves and you begin to sweat. Uncontrolled stress and anger caused by the continuous production of stress chemicals along with various metabolic changes can damage various parts of your body.

Health problems associated with chronic stress and anger include:

    Tension Headaches
Gastrointestinal Distress (Upset Stomach, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting and/or Abdominal Pain)
    Weight Gain
    Hypertension or High Blood Pressure
    Skin Disorders (Eczema and/or Psoriasis)
    Strokes and Heart Attacks
    Arrhythmias (Irregular Heartbeats)
    Memory Lapses
    Teeth Grinding
    Facial Flushing
    Fist Clutching
    Cardiac Arrest and/or Death

What Are The Psychological Effects of Stress and Anger On The Body?

Chronic stress and anger can also cause a plethora of emotional and psychological issues such as: feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, depression, anxiety, self-loathing, low self-esteem, recklessness, impulsive and/or dangerous behaviors and addictions.

Psychological effects associated with chronic stress and anger:

    Helplessness and/or Hopelessness
    Fluctuating Mood Swings
    Aggressive and/or Impulsive Behaviors
    Personality Changes
    Excessive Worrying
    Sadness and Despair
    Feelings of Doubt and Insecurity
    Emotional Exhaustion

How Can I Reduce My Stress and Manage My Anger Issues?

    Keep a Diary

Keeping a diary can help you effectively manage your stress and anger issues. Write down what is causing stress in your life, anger-related triggers, how long you have experienced stress, how you handle your stress, how you feel after an anger episode, ways that you can reduce your stress (exercising, visiting a friend, going to get ice cream, etc.) and ways that you can resolve your issues. Identifying the root of your stress and anger can help you gauge when you are overwhelmed with tasks, commitments, etc. so you can reduce your load or change your situation before it leads to physical and./or psychological problems.

    Relaxation Strategies

When you feel yourself becoming overwhelmed, stressed and/or angry, it is time for you to take some time out to relax. Relaxation strategies such as: deep-breathing, listening to music, visiting a friend, meditating, reading a book or magazine, chatting on the phone, surfing the web and/or visualizing a relaxing scene can ease your stress and calm you down when you are angry.

Exercising can reduce your tension and help you manage your anger issues. Physical activities like working out at a gym, walking, dancing, jogging and/or lifting weights and/or participating in sports such as: basketball, football and/or soccer can help release “pent-up” emotions, especially in situations where you are at the breaking point. When you start to feel stressed and/or your anger starts to rise, step away from the situation and take a quick walk or jog around the building or down the street. When you exercise your body produces certain “feel good” brain chemicals, which balances your moods, boosts your energy and causes you to feel more relaxed and less stressed than normally.

Yoga can help release your tension, de-stress, relax your muscles and clear your mind. It can also help you manage your anger issues and achieve peace. According to a 2005 Harvard study, individuals with psychological and/or emotional issues such as: manic depression, clinical depression, schizophrenia, tension, hostility, anxiety, anger and fatigue experienced a significant decline in stress and anger after participating in one yoga session. When you constantly feel stressed, anger, anxious and/or irritable, enroll in a yoga class or practice yoga at home. Yoga reconnects your mind to your body in a peaceful way so that you can think rationally before your react with anger, rage and/or impulsivity. It can also improve your mood so that you are not easily angered.

Meditating can help clear your mind when you are stressed and/or angry. In fact, mediating can prevent you from getting angry when you are overwhelmed. When you are calm and thinking clearly, you are better equipped to think of ways to resolve your problems and/or manage your anger issues. In addition, meditating can give you a sense of internal peace that lasts the entire day. It reduces your stress so that you can see the situation more accurately. When you are stressed and/or angry, go to a place that is quiet and interruption-free and repeat a happy or calming word, thought or image in your mind. You may chant a word such as: “ooommm” or you may simply visualize a stress-free location such as: an island or beach. If neither idea works, try focusing on the sound of your breathing. Do this activity for 5 to 10 minutes. If you do not feel calmer after the first round of mediation, then continue it until you feel more relaxed. Mind over Matter? Health over Illness? Dr Bruce Lipton Illustrates the Power of Perception

    Expert Author Ben Lynch

Mind over Matter?  Health over Illness? Dr Bruce Lipton Illustrates the Power of Perception
    By []Ben Lynch

It is amazing how one’s mind sees things – and yet it doesn’t. How can we see something in front of us and then – poof – it’s gone. But it really isn’t gone. It’s still there.

Or how about we see things that are not really there at all?  We make them up.  Now we’re talking.

Only if we could envision beer and then – poof – there it is.

    Sound weird?

Then sit back and enjoy this illusion [].

    On a more serious note:

If we envision health – and it’s not present in the body at the moment – will it become so?  Dr Bruce Lipton thinks so.

    So do I.

The optical illusion linked above is an illustration of how we perceive things – and how we can change that perception.  It is to illustrate the point driven home by Dr Bruce Lipton.

Who is Dr Bruce Lipton, PhD?

Formerly a microbiology professor at a medical school, Bruce Lipton is now doing research at Standford University.  Bruce travels all around the country educating and informing thousands of people.

Dr. Bruce Lipton’s main message: Genes do not control you.  You control your genes.  Perception of the environment is what turns on or turns off genes.  Perception comes from you – your mind, thoughts and beliefs.

This translates into:  You control your own health.

It is a big statement.  Huge in fact.

I highly encourage you to rent, buy or borrow his DVD lecture entitled, The New Biology, Where Mind and Matter Meet by Dr Bruce Lipton.

I saw Bruce Lipton at my medical school.  He is a brilliant and engaging speaker.  Hilarious as well.

So next time you go to sit down in front on the tube, drop this in.  Empower yourself.

Improve your life and your health.  It is possible.

The desire to regain health must begin with you.  It is not a doctor’s job to heal you.  They simply provide tools and advice.

The real healer is you.  Harness that.

    In health,

NOTE: I am speaking for Dr Lipton here. These are not his words – they are rather my educated interpretation of his views.  Dr Lipton did not endorse this article nor see even see it.

Vaccines – The Risks, The Benefits, The Choices [complete]

    Uploaded on Nov 1, 2009

Authoritative, caring and up-to-the-minute. This DVD is destined to become a necessary tool in every parent’s arsenal when defending their choice not to vaccinate.

At a time when the vaccine controversy is becoming increasingly hostile, this arresting documentary offers an in-depth examination of the ever-changing vaccine debate. With incisive reasoning and over 6000 hours of meticulous research, Dr. Tenpenny delivers and eye-opening, breakthrough seminar that will inspire even the most indoctrinated physician to re-examine their views on this controversial topic.

Well respected by her colleagues, Dr. Tenpenny is the first physician to offer documented proof that vaccines do compromise the immune system. Dr. Tenpenny has the courage and the determination to express a minority view, substantiating her work with citations directly from the CDC documents and respected, peer-reviewed journals; offering irrefutable facts that fly in the face of information generally regarded as truth in traditional medical circles.

This highly-informative presentation offers the most comprehensive overview available; guiding you step by step through vaccination history, conflicts of interest and the lack of scientific data to support the current vaccine protocol. Dr. Tenpenny paints a very clear picture of the immune system and its threats and offers compelling information regarding the “real” risks of choosing not to vaccinate.
